i.e. documents comprising our surveyor’s findings (i.e. evaluation of the subject of inspection and/or nature, extent and possible cause of damage and/or loss), based on which the relevant insurance company proceeds with claim settlement

apart from the survey procedures, we are also able to settle claims and subsequently arrange for payment of the relevant indemnity

• i.e. providing re-imbursement from the responsible third parties to insurance companies
• international and local transportations are involved and the applicable law applied (CMR Convention, Montreal Convention, Haag Rules, Haag-Visby Rules, etc.)
